Record File Structure
The Record file structure is the simplest and the most commonly used structure. This file structure contains one record (line of data) in the export file for each part in the Stack-It Quote file.
The information exported may be configured to contain the information listed in the following table. Some information is always present, and other information is optional.

| Structure Identifier | Always | The structure identifier (Quote Build screen) |
| Quantity | Optional | The quantity of non-special parts in the structure. Special parts (concrete parts with one or more hole penetrations) always have a quantity of one and are listed in separate records. |
| PART - ID | Optional | The Part Identifier string as configured on the Setup screen. |
| PART - Size | Optional | The part Size in the units specified on the Mirror File Configuration screen. |
| PART - Component | Optional | The part Component field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Catalog ID | Optional | The part Catalog ID field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Product Code | Optional | The part Prod Code field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Price | Optional | The part Price field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Adjusted Price | Optional | The price of the part after applying discounts specified on the Quote Name screen |
| PART - Cost | Optional | The part Cost field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Weight | Optional | The part Weight field (Stock screen) |
| PART - Height | Optional | The part Height field (Stock screen). For incremental parts, the computed part height. |
| PART - Part Reference | Optional | For concrete parts, the position of the part in the structure. (lowest structure part = P1) |
| PART - Special Flag | Optional | The string "Yes" for concrete parts with one or more pipe penetrations. "No" for all other parts. |
Configuring the Mirror File Content

The specific information to be contained in the mirror file is determined using the Quote File Configuration screen.

The Job Identifier and Structure Identifier are always included |
|
Select the desired content in the Available Content list |
|
Click the Add button to move the items to the Utilized Content list |
|
In the Mirror File Options box, select the File Format delimiters and Output Units |
|
To tally the quantity of standard (non-special) parts, check the box labeled Tally Standard Parts In Each Structure. When this option is checked, the like parts will be tallied and the quantity will be included in the file. When not selected, the parts are not tallied, the quantity is omitted and one record is present for each part. |

Click the Browse button to set the Output Path location |

Check the Activate Quote Mirror check box |
When the Mirror File has been configured and activated, each time the operator saves a quote file (Quote screen) the corresponding export file will be created and saved in the specified location.
An example of a Record structured export file is shown below.
